With over a decade of combined legal and conveyancing experience, Laiany has developed a comprehensive understanding of property law and client advocacy. Her early career as an attorney in São Paulo involved managing complex legal matters, conducting mediations, and representing clients through litigation and dispute resolution. This foundation has equipped her with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex transactions with confidence.

In her current role, Laiany manages residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish, including reviewing Contracts of Sale, preparing Section 32 Vendor Statements, coordinating PEXA settlements, and liaising with clients, lenders, and real estate agents.
